ROYAL CANIN® Urinary S/O supports your dog's urinary health

ROYAL CANIN® Urinary S/O is a balanced, nutrient-rich formula specially developed to support dogs with urinary problems such as struvite crystals and stones.

Dissolution of struvite

The nutrient blend contained in this formula helps to dissolve struvite crystals and stones that can form in the bladder.

Low RSS value

This formula has a low RSS value (relative supersaturation). This reduces the ion concentration and helps prevent the possible formation of urinary stones.

Urine dilution

This food dilutes your dog's urine, making it more difficult for struvite and calcium oxalate stones to form.

Low magnesium content

This formula contains less magnesium, a natural component of struvite stones.

This food also creates a urinary environment that makes it more difficult for struvite and calcium oxalate stones to form.

Important information

This product is a veterinary diet from the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range. It is therefore important that this food is only fed on the recommendation of a vet. This helps ensure that your pet receives exactly the food it needs. Any change of food should be made carefully and gradually over a period of 7 to 10 days. Make sure that the portion size is correct, particularly when combining wet and dry food.

Suitable for mixed feeding
To cater for the individual preferences of all dogs, ROYAL CANIN® Urinary S/O is also available as wet food with small pieces in gravy or with a soft mousse texture.* Mixed feeding provides different textures, which can stimulate your dog's appetite. Wet food has a more intense aroma, and its moisture content helps to regulate your pet's water balance. Dry food, on the other hand, is easier to portion and can support dental care.
